Resolutions - Convention
Resolutions can be submitted by any member, Branch Officer, or Executive Officer in good standing.  All resolutions require a mover and a seconder to have standing.  A Resolution is assigned to any one of four Convention Committees.  In their reports to Convention, Committees recommends concurrence or non-concurrence with resolutions.  Convention Delegates then vote on whether they support or are in opposition with a Committee's recommendation.
