National Convention
Reports
There are four
Convention Committees: Finance, Constitution and By-Laws, General, and
Collective Bargaining Process. All Resolutions submitted for
Convention are assigned to one of these Committees. Committees meet
prior to Convention and review each Resolution that has been assigned to
them. Each Committee then writes a report in which recommendations are
made to concur or not concur with Resolutions. Delegates are then
asked to vote on whether or not they support each Committee recommendation.
