National Policy Health and Safety Committee
Two members of the CEUDA National Executive meet jointly with senior management and other union representatives twice a year to discuss safety and health issues.  Minutes of these meetings are prepared by management that, when jointly agreed to, are signed off by union and management.  NPHSC meet four times per year, as mandated by the Canada Labour Code.

National U/M Consultation Committee
The first meeting with CBSA took place in 2005.  The entire CEUDA National Executive meets with senior management, and the meeting is also attended by representatives from other unions.  Discussions have taken place about the possibility of meeting three times per year.  Minutes were produced for the first meeting.  Issues unresolved locally and regionally should be referred to this level.
