National Union Management Consultations
CEUDA's National Executive
seeks to meet with senior management teams of the Canada Border Services Agency, twice per year at what are called
NUMC's. The
basis for these meetings is to foster sound union/management
relations, and to provide a framework where union and management can
communicate frankly and honestly, in a reasonable way, to resolve issues.
