National Board of Directors
CEUDA's National Board of Directors meets two times a year, usually in April and October, and at times via conference call.  Board meetings preceding Conventions are only 1-day meetings and have smaller agendas.  Also, keep in mind that Committee reports include recommendations, which are voted on separately by the Board.
