SEPT 23	CEUDA told CO job stays at PM-02 ... a CCRA classification committee  (composed of a CCRA Policy and Legislations Branch manager, the Sudbury TSO Director, and a CFIA manager), that reviewed the Customs Officer job description advised CEUDA the job would stay at the PM-02 level.  One of the reasons given: COs don't make the critical decision to refuse entry that Immigration Officers make
