CEUDA returns letter without response, reminds CCRA that PSAC is Bargaining Agent
SEP 28, 2002  Dear Director General, Staff Relations, CCRA ... the CEUDA National President has asked me to acknowledge your letter of Sep. 27, 2002.

I would like to remind you that Sections 102 and 103 of the Public Service Staff Relations Act fall under jurisdiction of the Bargaining Agent.

I would also like to remind you that CEUDA is not the Bargaining Agent, it is a Component of the Public Service Alliance of Canada, which itself is the Bargaining Agent.

I must therefore inform you that CEUDA cannot respond to your letter.

I am thus returning your letter to you, and asking that you please readdress it to the appropriate authority.
