Meet CEUDA's 4th National Vice-President
Marie-Claire Coupal

 

icon_redbullet.gif (833 bytes)  2007 to 2008 Marie-Claire started with the Unemployment Insurance Office (now HRDC), in Timmins, ON, in 1976. She moved to Windsor, ON, in May 1978. Her career at Canada Customs began in October 1978. She was hired as a CR-02 in the long room, and in 1986, went out in uniform at the Detroit/Windsor Tunnel.

Sister Coupal became a union activist in 1979. She attended the Labour College in 1983, and also attended most PSAC courses offered. In her years of service she has held the position of Steward, Chief Steward, 1st Branch Vice-President, and Branch President. She is presently working at the Tunnel warehouse at 310 Hanna in Windsor, ON.

Sister Marie-Claire Coupal, who was President of CEUDA’s Windsor District Branch, was elected as CEUDA’s 4th National Vice-President during the April 2007 meeting of the CEUDA National Board of Directors.
